Festival: 10:00 am until 2:00 pm
IMPORTANT: Each organization will be provided with a 6’ table, 2 chairs, and a white or red table cloth; however, additional arrangements can be considered to accommodate reasonable and unique space needs. ASUU WILL NOT provide organizations with tents, tarps, or extension cords. Set up times, parking information, and booth location will be sent to you several days prior to the event. Depending on individual load and needs, set up may begin as early as 8:00 am. Available booth space is reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
· No applications will be accepted after Friday, April 12th, 2013 at 5:00 pm
· Written notification of cancelation must be submitted BEFORE 9:00 am on Tuesday, April 16th, 2013. Email notifications are preferred (to Joel Playle at firstname.lastname@example.org).
· ASUU and the University of Utah are NOT RESPONSIBLE for parking tickets if vehicles are parked outside of designated areas.
· If weather does not permit an outdoor event, the day festival will be moved to an indoor location.
